目前紅外線設備只能透過 Hub 2, 和 Hub Mini Matter Enabled 支援 Matter。

1. 我只需要一個 Hub 就能使用 Matter 嗎？
差不多，但還不完全。你還需要一個第三方平台的家庭網關。以 Apple Home 為例。即便如此，你仍然需要 HomePod 或 Apple TV 才能透過這種方式使用 SwitchBot 產品。
2. SwitchBot Hub 2 最多可以支援多少個子設備？
最多可新增 8 個裝置。以前，溫濕度感測器佔用 2 個設備插槽，因此只能增加 6 個設備。但現在您可以自行調節溫濕度感測器。
3. 為什麼我無法將我的 Hub 2 或 Hub Mini Matter Enabled 加入 Apple Home 和 Google Home 等平台？
這可能是由於您的家庭網關（例如 HomePod、Nest Hub 等）與 SwitchBot Hub 不在同一網路上造成的。由於 HomeKit 的安全要求，使用公共網路添加設備可能會失敗或導致功能失效。建議使用個人網路添加設備。
4. 為什麼將 Hub 2 或 Hub Mini Matter Enabled 加入 Apple Home/Google Home 時，我的 Hub 沒有同步？
這可能是由於您的家庭網關（HomePod、Nest Hub 等）正在更新。您可以透過 Apple Home/Google Home 等第三方平台應用程式查看其當前狀態，並等待更新完成後再進行確認。如果問題仍然存在，建議您重置網關。我們發現，當您在不同位置同時配置多個 HomePod Mini 時，可能會出現某些裝置無法正確同步狀態的情況。
5. 未來哪些 SwitchBot 產品將支援使用 Hub 2/Hub Mini Matter Enabled 的 Matter 功能？

6. 其他智慧家居公司的產品能否透過 SwitchBot Hub 2/Hub Mini Matter Enabled 支援 Matter？
很遺憾，不行。這項功能僅適用於 SwitchBot 設備。
7. 我買了 9 個窗簾機器人，想在 Apple 家庭中控制它們，但我家只有一個 Hub 2。我只能加其中 8 個嗎？
在我們的應用程式中，您可以使用分組功能將 4 個窗簾機器人指派到一個群組中。當同步到 Apple 家庭時，它只佔用一個裝置位置。因此，理論上，一個 Hub 2 最多可以將 32 個窗簾機器人同步到 Apple 家庭。這應該有助於解決類似的問題。
